SERVICE.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Hyper App Cloud Infrastructure, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Client") and Globe Cloud LLLC (the "Provider").

If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use the Services.

2. Acceptable Use Policy

The Client agrees not to use the Services for any activities that violate the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan or international law. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Infringement of Intellectual Property
• Distribution of malware or viruses
• Unauthorized network scanning or testing
• Cryptocurrency mining (unless explicitly approved)
• Content violating regional telecommunications laws
• Interference with other clients' performance

3. Service Commitment & SLA

We provide a high-performance infrastructure with a **99.999% uptime guarantee** for critical business operations, as detailed in our separate Service Level Agreement (SLA). The Provider reserves the right to perform scheduled maintenance with prior notification to the Client.

4. Billing and Payments

All fees are quoted in **U.S. Dollars (USD)** and are payable according to the selected billing cycle. Late payments may be subject to interest charges as permitted under Uzbekistan law. The Provider reserves the right to suspend services for non-payment after a 15-day grace period.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Services.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in **Tashkent, Uzbekistan**.
